» Perth, Australia , July 9th, 2006
So I had a chance to go back to Sydney, Australia a second time for the Semi-Permanent conference in July 2006. The organizers, Andrew, Murray, and crew, asked me if I’d fly over to the west coast of Australia to give a second presentation in Perth. Since this was my second visit to Sydney, and the only place I’d been to in Australia, I jumped at the chance to see more of this beautiful country.
After a night flight, the next morning offered some sight seeing in Fremantle.

The buildings in Fremantle had these great streaks of discoloration - more color research.

Orange sand in Fremantle

After having lunch we left Fremantle and headed for the beach. (sorry can’t remember where)

Steps going down to the beach - snapped some shots of lamps.

Lamp studies.

The many moods of Eugene Hamilton! I thought I had good stage presence until I met Nick and Doug from Anyhow.
